Terms and conditions:

 Here at TvRepairWestMidlands, we do not tolerate abuse of any form to our workers. If we deem a customer to threaten, abuse or potentially cause harm to our workforce, we reserve the right to refuse repair and our free collection/drop off service.

Any television held in our possession following such abuse, will only be dropped off via a third party courier to prevent further abuse to our workforce, there will be a fee of £30.00 payable (before drop-off) for this service to cover courier cost.

Failure to comply with these conditions, will result in further legal action being taken against the consumer in question.

Return policy:

Should an estimate range be provided before collection of the TV, you are agreeing to pay the repair price within the estimate range provided. Should you wish to not go ahead for the repair once it has been collected, there will be a fee of £80.00 to return the tv or collect. Should you not arrange collection within 7 days of communication, the TV will be recycled to recover costs involved in the collection and diagnosis of the TV. 

Please note the free returns policy only applies to TV's that have not been given an estimate before collection, due to the nature of their fault or model number etc, should an estimate be provided to you before collection and you agree for collection, you are agreeing to pay between the range estimate provided. 

Payment Policy:

All payments are required to be paid to the drivers at the time of drop off, cash on collection.

Refund & Warranty policy:

Warranty provided on all repairs is 3 months from the date of invoice issued. This excludes any backlight repairs carried out, which carry no warranty due to the nature of the repair. We always advise the customer to replace the full backlight set to secure the 3 months warranty and also provide long life to the TV, should a customer refuse the quote for full backlight set due to the price, we will only carry out a backlight REPAIR NOT REPLACEMENT. You agree to these terms and conditions before arranging pick up and agreeing a quote. 

If the Television is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will carry out the repair for the same job at no extra cost, this is only applicable to full backlight replacement, board replacement, if you have a repair carried out, we are unable to offer a second repair.

 If the television cannot be re-repaired e.g. no parts in stock, recommendations from supplier state a second attempt will cause the same issues, or if further faults lie within the TV, then there will be no option for a repair to be carried out at no extra cost. 

 We can at the discretion of the company offer a refund of 60% of the repair charge and not the full amount in order to compensate for our time/parts/delivery costs involved in the repair. By reading this you agree to these conditions before pick up of the TV. These policies are clearly stated in the header (Terms and conditions) and it is your responsibility to ensure you have fully understood and accept them before arranging a collection.


Holding policy:

Due to limited space and costs involved we are only able to hold your television for a maximum of 15 days from the date of pick up as stated on the receipt.  If we have provided you with a quotation, and you have not responded (i.e. agreed to the price, or disagreed and would like your TV returned) within 15 days, we reserve the right to dispose your television in order to recover our costs involved. 

You hereby agree to abide by our terms and conditions stipulated above, when TvRepairsWestMidlands arrange a collection of your Television.
